One topic that eventually needs to be addressed on almost all turbocharged BMW engines once they reach higher power levels is the fuel supply system.
A cost-effective yet highly effective upgrade is improving the low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP), which transfers fuel from the tank to the high-pressure fuel pump in the engine bay.
The Stage 2 Kit offered here uses the well-known Walbro 450 (F90000274) in-tank fuel pump to build a completely new fuel bucket assembly by replacing the factory pump with the Walbro unit. This upgrade increases the flow capacity of the low-pressure fuel system (LPFP) by approximately 100%.

IMPORTANT: Not compatible with US-import vehicles. The fuel pump lid differs on these models. In some cases, the original lid can be reused, but modifications are required. This kit is plug-and-play only for EU-spec vehicles.
