Build a clean, expandable port-injection and sensor-control setup with the MOTIV ReFlex Main Injector Harness for Inline-6 engines. Designed as the engine-side portion of the ReFlex wiring system, this harness provides the connections needed to integrate six port injectors along with ethanol content monitoring, pressure sensors, analog inputs, and auxiliary outputs.

The harness is equipped with EV6 / USCAR injector connectors for six-cylinder port injection applications and uses motorsport-style DTM connections throughout for straightforward integration with compatible ReFlex components. A dedicated 8-pin DTM connector links the Main Injector Harness to your choice of ReFlex installation harness, allowing the system to be configured around the requirements of your specific vehicle and build.

Key Features

  • Inline-6 port injection wiring with EV6 / USCAR injector connectors

  • Compatible with both MOTIV ReFlex+ and ReFlex PRO control units

  • 3-pin DTM connection for an ethanol content sensor when used with the ReFlex+ Plug-n-Play Ethanol Sensor Harness

  • Two 2-pin DTM sensor connections for monitoring parameters such as fuel pressure, coolant pressure, exhaust back pressure, or oil pressure

  • 3-pin DTM connector for an additional 0–5V sensor

  • 2-pin DTM auxiliary connection providing switched 12V power and a ReFlex-controlled low-side trigger

  • Three additional unterminated auxiliary low-side trigger outputs for expanded device control

  • 8-pin DTM connection for simple integration with compatible ReFlex installation harnesses

  • Ideal for advanced port-injection, flex-fuel, sensor-monitoring, and auxiliary-control configurations

BMW Engine Compatibility

Designed for excellent fitment with popular BMW inline-six platforms, including:

N54 • N55 • S55 • B58 • S58

Whether you are assembling a dedicated port-injection system or building a more comprehensive ReFlex-controlled setup with additional pressure monitoring and auxiliary devices, the MOTIV Main Injector Harness provides a centralized wiring solution designed for high-performance applications.

FAQ

What does the Reflex Main Injector Harness actually do?
It provides the wiring link between your injectors and the engine harness, so the signal reaches each injector cleanly. It is used when adapting or upgrading injectors that need a different connection than stock.
Is it plug-and-play, or do I need to splice and solder wires?
It is built to mate with the intended injector and harness connectors directly, so most installs avoid cutting factory wiring. Confirm that your connector types match before fitting.
Which injector connector types does this harness work with?
Compatibility comes down to the plug style your injectors and engine harness use, so compare those against the listing details. Matching connector types is what decides a correct fit here.
Does the ECU need coding after installing the harness?
A harness is passive wiring, so on its own it usually needs no coding. Any adaptation is normally tied to the injectors themselves, not to the harness.
Why use an aftermarket harness instead of the factory one?
An upgraded harness is chosen for cleaner, more secure connections and easier injector swaps. It lowers the risk of poor contact that aging or modified wiring tends to develop.
Does harness build quality really affect reliability?
Yes, because injection relies on steady electrical signals, weak terminals or thin wiring can trigger misfires. A well-built harness keeps those connections stable over time.
