Unlike universal pump conversions that require cutting, splicing, or piecing together individual components, these assemblies arrive pre-built for a straightforward installation.

The pump system retains an OEM-style bucket design to help keep the primary fuel pump submerged during low fuel levels, hard acceleration, cornering, and other high-G conditions. This makes it well suited to everything from daily-driven performance cars to dedicated high-horsepower builds.

Stage 2 – Walbro 450

The Stage 2 setup uses a single genuine Walbro 450 F90000274 pump and delivers approximately 2.4 liters per minute at 72 psi (5 bar).

It supports up to:

  • 575 WHP on pump gasoline

  • 500 WHP on 100% E85

  • No aftermarket EKP required

This is an excellent choice for modified street cars that need substantially more fuel capacity than the factory pump while retaining a simple, OEM-style installation.

Stage 2.5v2 – Walbro 535

For builds requiring additional headroom, Stage 2.5v2 steps up to a genuine Walbro 535 F90000285 pump with approximately 3.1 liters per minute of flow at 72 psi (5 bar).

It supports up to:

  • 675 WHP on pump gasoline

  • 600 WHP on 100% E85

  • No aftermarket EKP required

Stage 2.5v2 provides an ideal middle ground for higher-output turbo setups that need greater ethanol fueling capacity without moving to a dual-pump arrangement.

Stage 3 – Dual Walbro 450

High-horsepower builds can move to the Stage 3 bucketed/bucketless hybrid system. This configuration combines a Walbro 450 inside the pump bucket with a second Walbro 450 mounted outside the bucket, increasing total fuel delivery to approximately 5 liters per minute.

Stage 3 supports up to:

  • 850 WHP on pump gasoline

  • 800 WHP on 100% E85

The system includes the required wiring and pump activation/Hobbs switch for the secondary pump, providing serious fueling capacity for heavily modified and racing-focused applications.

Complete, Ready-to-Install Assembly

Rather than reusing an aging factory pump assembly, the kit includes new supporting components for a more complete fuel-system refresh.

Depending on the selected stage, the package includes:
