BMW E60 -6AN Performance Fuel Line Upgrade

Upgrade the fuel delivery system on your BMW with the Precision Raceworks -6AN Performance Fuel Line. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory fuel hose, this upgraded line runs from the fuel filter on the driver’s side of the vehicle to the high-pressure fuel pump.

The hose uses a smooth-bore PTFE inner liner, making it well suited for performance applications running gasoline, ethanol blends, or full E85. A stainless-steel braided reinforcement layer adds strength, while the outer nylon braid helps protect surrounding components and vehicle finishes from abrasion.

Precision Raceworks designs its fuel-line connections in-house and machines them from 6061-grade aluminum. Each fitting is anodized for compatibility with ethanol-based fuels, including E85. Female connections incorporate both primary and secondary seals to provide additional protection against fuel leakage.

The result is a high-quality, plug-and-play fuel line designed to retain convenient OEM-style quick-connect fittings while providing the durability and fuel compatibility required by modified and high-horsepower BMW applications.

Flex-Fuel Sensor Ready

The fuel line is designed to accommodate an ethanol-content sensor, making it suitable for flex-fuel setups.

An ethanol sensor is not required for installation. If you are not currently using one, the included spacer allows the fuel line to be installed normally while leaving the system ready for a future flex-fuel sensor upgrade.

FAQ

Will this fuel line kit fit my BMW E60?
It is built for the E60 chassis, but exact fitment can vary by engine, year and options. Confirm your car by the part number, or send your VIN and we will verify it.
What does "AN-6" mean and which fittings does it use?
AN-6 is a standard performance fuel size, so all lines and end fittings match that spec. This lets you pair it with common AN-6 filters, rails and adapters without custom work.
Is installation a bolt-on job or do I need special tools?
It is designed as a direct upgrade for the E60 routing, so it usually replaces the factory lines in place. You need basic hand tools, AN wrenches and standard fuel-system safety steps.
Why upgrade from the stock fuel lines at all?
Performance AN-6 lines handle higher fuel demand and resist heat, pressure and modern fuels better than stock rubber. They make most sense alongside other performance upgrades.
What is included and is it covered by warranty?
The included lines and fittings are listed in the "What's included" section for your configuration. The kit carries our standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
How is this different from cheaper generic kits?
This kit is tailored to the E60, so it routes correctly with fewer adapters and less fabrication. Generic kits look cheaper up front but often need extra parts that close the gap.
