Most “upgrade” intakes are a cone filter sitting behind a heat shield. The Eventuri N55 system is built on a different idea: a carbon fibre Venturi housing that shapes the air into a smooth, aerodynamically efficient path from the filter all the way to the MAF tube, using the Venturi effect to keep flow laminar and drag on the turbo low.

Around that housing sits a full carbon package, each piece doing a job. The Generation 2 bespoke cone filter feeds a sealing duct and a laser-cut heat shield that together wall the intake off from hot engine-bay air, so intake temperatures stay down. A carbon air scoop feeds the housing with ambient air, and a carbon intake tube with an integrated MAF sensor mount carries it on to the turbo. Everything is 100% prepreg carbon fibre, held in place by laser-cut stainless steel brackets and sealed with high-quality silicone couplers on BMW-spec hose clamps.

FAQ

What makes an Eventuri carbon intake design distinctive?
Eventuri intakes use a housed carbon design shaped to guide airflow smoothly. That focus on airflow and finish is what sets them apart.
Does it fit the N55 across the FXX 35i cars?
It is made for the N55 in the F-chassis 35i models. Confirm your exact car before ordering.
Does the carbon housing help keep intake air cool?
A sealed carbon housing shields the filter from engine-bay heat. That helps keep intake temperatures lower than an exposed filter.
Is Eventuri known for quality carbon intakes?
Eventuri has a strong reputation for well-made carbon intake systems. Checking the product details confirms it suits your car.
Does it change the N55's induction sound?
A housed intake adds a cleaner induction note under acceleration. It stays more refined than a fully open filter.
Is it worth the premium Eventuri commands?
Eventuri sits at the premium end for its design, finish and airflow focus. If those matter to you, the price reflects the quality.
