Was ist ein ECA?

CAN Ethanol Content Analyzer liest Informationen vom E85-Sensor, wandelt sie in CAN-Format um und sendet sie an das Motorsteuergerät (DME).

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen E85 und FlexFuel?

E85 - ist eine Kraftstoffart mit hoher Oktanzahl.
FlexFuel-Funktion - passt die Abstimmung dynamisch an die vom ECA empfangenen Ethanolgehaltsinformationen des E85-Tanks an.

Was ist dieses Kit?

Dieses Kit aktiviert eine FlexFuel-Funktion für MHD- und EcuTek-abgestimmte Fahrzeuge.

Ohne die richtige Abstimmung (für die verwendete E85-Mischung) läuft der Motor nicht richtig und kann beschädigt werden.
