A drop-in low-pressure fuel pump upgrade for the E7x X5 and X6, built to run any blend up to 100% E85. The stock pump caps how much fuel the system can deliver and limits power no matter what else you add, especially on ethanol, so these bucketed Walbro pumps flow well over double the factory unit while staying fully E85-compliant. The bucket keeps the primary pump submerged whatever the tank level or g-forces, making it equally at home on the street or track, and each ships fully assembled for a true drop-in fit with no wiring to cut, nothing to build and no core charge.
Stage 2.5 v2 (single Walbro 535, ~2.35 L/min)
Supports up to 675 whp (600 whp on 100% E85).
- Fuel pump bucket assembly and top hat
- Pre-assembled with a genuine Walbro 535 (F90000295) pump
- New fuel sending unit (fuel level sensor)
- New fuel filter
Stage 3 (twin Walbro 450)
Supports up to 900 whp (800 whp on 100% E85).
- Fuel pump bucket assembly and top hat
- Pre-assembled with genuine Walbro 450 (F90000274) pumps
- New fuel sending unit (fuel level sensor)
- New fuel filter
- Secondary pump activation harness
Both are plug-and-play with no extra wiring, straightforward enough to fit in a home garage.

Sorted my fuelling straight away, no pressure drop under load
Chased a lean condition for ages on my E70 X5 and it was the maxed out stock pump all along. Night and day since, trims are flat and it feeds fuel no bother when I lean on it
Performance is great, no grumbles. Shipping was slower than expected but it came well packed and worked out of the box
Tuner called it a clean swap for the platform, matched the engine's pump setup. Pressure stays steady to redline now, money well spent on a tuned X6
Wasn't sure whether I needed the high pressure or in-tank one, so checked with the rep who sorted the right part. Fits fine, holds pressure under boost
