A full-aluminium charge pipe kit for the S55-powered F8X M2 Competition, M3 and M4, replacing the brittle factory plastic pipes that tend to split at the plastic welds by the turbo or burst along the seam under boost, leaving you with a boost leak. The TIG-welded aluminium construction puts an end to that failure point.

The pipes are shaped for a more uniform path from turbo to intercooler for better airflow, with a cast midsection that keeps fitment precise between the engine and the intake. A pair of matte black silicone couplers give a secure, OEM-style connection to the air-to-water intercooler, and a bung is included for easy methanol injection integration.

Tip: check the condition of the OEM O-rings before fitting and replace with OEM-spec O-rings as needed.

FAQ

Does the kit fit the M2 Competition, M3 and M4 on the F8x?
It is made for the F8x M2 Competition, M3 and M4 sharing the S55. Confirm your exact model before ordering.
What does the kit include beyond the charge pipe itself?
A kit typically adds the couplers, clamps and any hardware needed to fit it. Check the listing so you know exactly what is supplied.
Is the black finish cosmetic, or does it affect anything?
The black finish is mainly for a clean, stealthy look in the engine bay. It does not meaningfully change how the pipe performs.
Is it built for the S55's higher boost pressure?
An upgraded pipe replaces the plastic original that can crack under the S55's boost. It gives a stronger connection for a high-output engine.
Does it suit a daily-driven M car or mainly track use?
It works for both daily driving and track use, since it mainly improves reliability. The benefit is clearest on a tuned car running more boost.
Is a charge pipe upgrade worthwhile on these M cars?
On a hard-driven S55 it addresses a known weak point cheaply. It makes most sense alongside a tune and other supporting mods.
