We ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

* Slovakia: 1–3 business days
* EU countries: 2–7 business days
* International destinations: 5–15 business days

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 15:00 CET are often shipped the same business day.

Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, and local circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, refusal of delivery, or any reason not caused by the seller, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is requested for reasons unrelated to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
